How do I apply my reward to my order?
At the stand, provide your phone number to a Brewista during the ordering process. Our Brewista’s will be able to view your points and available rewards and by letting the team member know which reward you’d like to use, they can apply it to your check.
Can I save a reward for later?
Rewards earned through points can be redeemed whenever you’re ready and as long as you’ve got enough points in your account! For promotional offers, you must use them before their expiration date.
Where can I sign up for 7 Brew Rewards?
Providing a phone number at the stand and confirming via text/SMS will get you signed up for our Rewards Program.
I just signed up but don’t see my previous points balance. What should I do?
Please allow 48 hours for your old points to transfer to your new rewards account. If you still don’t see your points or rewards within 48 hours of signup, our Customer Support Team is here to help. Reach out to us at info@7brew.com or give us a call at (479) 358-9274.
Do my points expire?
Your points expire 12 months after your last order. As long as you continue to visit and earn, your points will stay active!
